Machine Feature
● This production line is suitable for all kinds of metal cold and hot extrusion automatic forming.
It is more suitable for auto precision extrusion of automobile and motorcycle bevel gears,
bearingsand other products. It also applies to steel. Calendering, embossing, automatic
forming and structure correction of plastic materials.
● The production line has an independent central control system, and uses touch screen to display displacement and
product count. Touch screen + PLC can realize manual adjustment and automatic operation.
Each working state can realize two pressing modes of constant pressure and constant range.
● (Optional) the system can communicate with the office computer to realize remote control.
The line is equipped with automatic loading and unloading devices to realize automatic clamping and unloading of raw materials.
